Dealers may be missing invoices or unable to find/view invoices or documents. A “No Documents Available” message may be indicated for a user who should be seeing documents..
Issue identified: Hardware clock was out of sync with AWS/NTP clocks. This caused AWS to believe the requests were coming from too far in the past/future and refused to allow API S3 calls.
Issue resolved: Installed NTP and reset the hwclock. Old data may be missing and cannot be restored, data should be accurate moving forward and older data should be available again.
