AWS is experiencing another outage that is affecting certain services and instances.
Issue identified: AWS reached out and informed us they are working on resolving the issue
Issue resolved: AWS has fixed the issue and services should be available again.

Dealers may be missing invoices or unable to find/view invoices or documents. A “No Documents Available” message may be indicated for a user who should be seeing documents..
Issue identified: Hardware clock was out of sync with AWS/NTP clocks. This caused AWS to believe the requests were coming from too far in the past/future and refused to allow API S3 calls.
Issue resolved: Installed NTP and reset the hwclock. Old data may be missing and cannot be restored, data should be accurate moving forward and older data should be available again.

The process that handles automatically updating ETA Backorder Date and Inventory from SAP is malfunctioning.
Issue identified: Production server was dropping connection to the database.
Issue resolved: Changed how the connection to the db was handled to constantly check and cycle for an active connection.

The search and recommendations on the website were broken.
Some recommendations were generic, other times they were not showing at all.
The search was broken entirely.
Issue identified: RFK has reached out and informed us this is due to AWS having issues. https://status.aws.amazon.com/
Resolved: AWS has recovered and all services should be back to operating normally.
